【House Rules】

1. The rooms and premises are Non-Smoking.

2. Do not eat and drink on the bed.

3. Do not use more beds than the number of guests.

4. Please use cooking utensils freely.
Please wash the dishes you used and put them in the cage side to the kitchen.

5. Please separate the trash and throw it away.

6. Please drain and put raw garbage in a plastic bag and put it in the trash box.

7. Please wash the plastic, can, bottle, and put it in the trash box.

8. When the trash box is full, Please replace the trash bag.
Please make sure to tie the trash bag taken out.

9. When you stay here for more than two or nights, our staff may enter the room for garbage collection.

10. Be sure to self-manage valuables.
We will not take any responsibility for the loss of valuables.

11. Please be quiet after 9:00 PM.

12. Do not enter the room more than the number of people who have reserved accommodations. If you break the rules, you will be charged an additional fee.

If you don't commit a rule, please be aware of the penalty below.
We will charge additional fee according to the room condition.
About ①②③, we will charge a special cleaning fee 10,000 yen.

【ハウスルール】

1. 室内・敷地内は禁煙です。

2. ベッドの上での飲食は禁止です。

3. 宿泊人数より多くベッドを使わないでください。

4. 調理器具やお皿はご自由にお使いください。
使用した食器・調理器具は、きれいに洗ってキッチンのカゴに入れておいてください。

5. ゴミは分別して捨ててください。

6. 生ゴミは水気を取ってビニール袋に入れてゴミ箱に入れてください。

7. プラスチック、缶、瓶は、容器を洗って、キッチン下のゴミ箱に捨ててください。

8. ゴミ箱が満杯になったら、ゴミ袋を交換してください。
満杯になったゴミ袋の口はきちんと縛ってください。

9. 連泊される場合は、ゴミ回収のためにスタッフが部屋に立ち入ることがあります。

10. 貴重品はしっかり自己管理してください。
万一の貴重品の紛失等につきましては、当方では責任を負いかねます。

11. 午後9時以降は静かにしてください。

12. 宿泊者以外の方は入室および滞在はできません。宿泊人数以上のご利用を確認した場合、予約サイトで設定している追加料金を人数分お支払いいただきます。

ルールを犯した場合は、下記ペナルティがございますので、ご注意下さい。

お部屋の状態に応じて、追加料金を請求させて頂く場合があります。

①②③について、特別清掃料 ￥10,000  を請求させて頂きます。
