【House Rules】
1. No smoking inside the building, inside the room, side the window, on the stairs and on the premises.
Do not eat and drink on beds and futons.
If you don't commit a rule, we will charge a special cleaning fee 10,000 yen.

2. Please sort burnable trash, plastic trash, and resource trash, and throw it in the trash box.
Please wash plastics, cans and bottles, before throw it in the trash box.

3. Please use cooking utensils freely.
Please wash the dishes you used and put them on the dish drainer mat.

4. When you stay here for more than two or nights, we do not change bedding,
linen and towels.
If additional use is required, additional charges will apply.

5. When you stay here for more than two or nights, our cleaning staff may enter the house during the day time. Please be sure to keep your valuables in the safe in the closet of living room.
We will not take any responsibility for the loss of valuables.

6. When the trash can is full, Please change the trash bag and put it in the storage under the stairs.

7. We can't accept extension requests of check out time on the check out day.
If you request to extend it, please be sure to contact us by the day before.
Check out time is 10am. The extension is until 11am and the extension fee is 2000 yen. (Extension after 11:00 is not possible.)

8. Do not enter the room more than the number of people who have reserved accommodations. If you break the rules, you will be charged an additional fee.

9. Please contact us in advance if you want to use more bedding than the number of guests. Unauthorized use may incur additional charges.

If you don't commit a rules, we may charge additional fee according to the room condition.

【ハウスルール】

① 室内、階段、窓際、及び敷地内は禁煙です。
ベッドでの飲食禁止です。
ルールを犯した場合は、特別清掃料 ￥10,000 を請求させて頂きます。
 
② 燃えるゴミ、プラスチックゴミ、資源ゴミと3種類に分別してゴミ箱に入れてください。
プラスチック、缶、瓶は、容器を洗ってからごみ箱に入れてください。
 
③ 調理器具は、ご自由にお使いください。
使用した食器類は、綺麗に洗って水切りマットの上に並べて置いてください。

④ 連泊される場合の、寝具とリネン、タオル類の交換はいたしません。
追加使用が必要な場合は別料金となります。
 
⑤ 連泊される場合は、清掃スタッフが昼間にお部屋に立ち入ることがあります。
貴重品は、必ず各自保管してください。
貴重品の紛失等につきましては、当お宿では責任を負いかねます。

⑥ゴミ袋が満杯になった場合は、袋を交換してください。
満杯になったゴミ袋は、階段下の収納ボックスにお入れください。

⑦チェックアウト時間の延長の申し入れは必ず前日までに行ってください。
当日に受け付けることはできません。チェックアウト時間は午前10時です。
延長は午前11時までで、延長料金は2,000円です。

⑧宿泊者以外の方は入室および滞在はできません。宿泊人数以上のご利用を確認した場合、予約サイトで設定している追加料金を人数分お支払いいただきます。

⑨宿泊人数以上の寝具を使う場合は事前にご連絡ください。無断使用は追加料金がかかる場合がございます。

ルールを守っていただけなかった場合、部屋の状況によっては追加料金をお支払い頂くこともございます。
