【House Rules】

① A check-in card is placed beside to the welcome board.
Please fill out the check-in card for all guests' information. 

② Please put burnable garbage in the trash box side to the kitchen.
When the trash box side to the kitchen becomes full, please put it in the veranda trash box.
Please wash the plastic, can, bottle, and put it in the veranda trash box.

③ Please use cooking utensils freely.
Please wash the dishes you used and put them in the cage side to the kitchen.

④ Coffee, tea, Japanese tea is free.
Refrigerator drinks (beer, tea, mineral water) are charged.
Please put the charge in the price box in the refrigerator.

⑤ No additional use of bedding and linen

 ※ If you need additional use, please be sure to contact us.

⑥ Indoor & veranda Non Smoking

If you commit a rule, please be aware of the penalty below.
about ⑤, we will charge additional fee according to the situation.
about ⑥, we will charge a special cleaning fee 10,000 yen.

【ハウスルール】

① ウェルカムボード横にチェックインカードを置いています。
　ゲスト全員分の情報をチェックインカードをご記入ください。

② 燃えるごみは、キッチンの隣のゴミ箱に入れてください。
　キッチンの横のごみ箱がいっぱいになったら、ベランダのごみ箱に入れておいてください。
　プラスチック、缶、瓶は、容器を洗って、ベランダのごみ箱に入れておいてください。

③ 調理器具は、ご自由にお使いください。
　使用した食器は、洗って、キッチンのカゴに入れておいてください。

④ コーヒー、紅茶、日本茶は無料です。
　冷蔵庫の飲料（ビール、お茶、ミネラルウォーター）は有料です。
　料金は、冷蔵庫の中の料金ボックスに入れてください。

⑤ 寝具とリネンの追加使用禁止

 ※追加使用が必要な場合は、必ずご連絡ください。

⑥ 室内ベランダ禁煙

ルールを犯した場合は、下記ペナルティがございますので、ご注意下さい。
⑤について、状況に応じて、追加料金を請求させて頂きます。
⑥について、特別清掃料 ￥10,000  を請求させて頂きます。
